It is a 1L cup/mug with an insulated cozy, which twists onto the burner and is lighted with the push of a button. Add water to the max fill line (2 cups), pop the transparent lid on and it’s boiled in a couple of minutes. Store your fuel and burner and handy little canister tripod in the mug, use the plastic base cover as a measuring cup. There’s even a spot for your utensils and a heat indicator on the logo cozy. The hardest part will be to choose a color! Peridot Green, Sapphire Blue or Carbon??

Well the Summer season is here and as you know it get's a little crazy in J-town!

The 'blog' is having to take a second seat, as shop duties call. Getting people set with the gear they need, educating the next wave of young local climbers and mapping ways to the crags. A guide book would be a DREAM!!!!!!!

Jasper National Park is so amazing and has so much to offer everyone! Camping, hiking, biking, climbing, kayaking or just hanging at the lake in our beautiful park!!! Drop by the shop and we'll point you in the right direction.

"Took the new shoes for a 40k today, not skeptical about the soles anymore...they are great on rock (quite sticky), tree roots, hard / soft trails both up hill and down, overall great traction that gives confidence going downhill fast! They were ok in the mud but i don't think they would be great on a really muddy trail. I do bet they would be great on alpine runs tho...hard packed scree and such! No blisters out of the box! Great addition to the store!"

'Yo Bro' Gravity Gear T-shirts!

The 'Yo Bro' Design..... Lives On!!!

This is one of those legendary designs that will always live on through Gravity Gear! 

Dave Robinson was the inspiration behind 'Yo Bro' which he gave to Dale in memory of Grant!

Dave's original sketch from 1993 was on a chalk board. As the chalk started to fade graphic designer, Thomas Bolt revamped it onto paper. With the intent to get it on cloth Dali contacted a small independent company called 'Non-Fiction Designs' and was faced with the question "What colour?" So he went out and bought a box of crayons and photocopied the design and started colouring.  It was he who gave the dude purple hair and blood shot sunnies! And to this day we still send our order to Anthony at Non-Fiction, who has kept the design through his entourage of moves, way to cool to toss. And every so often we get some printed up to remember the brotherly love!
